A. The Plaintiff is C’s spouse, and the Defendant is C, elementary school, high school, and a person who, around December 2013, had maintained internal relations from the end of March 2014 to February 2016 after having met C through a group of the Bancosivity.

B. The Defendant maintained an internal relationship with C and had sexual intercourse over several times.

C. Around January 24, 2016, the Defendant assaulted C with the Defendant’s father called “skid and narrow rice skid” on the Defendant’s father before C, and immediately after C had sexual intercourse with C.

2. The first police officer sent to C a letter letter to the effect that “Nrank Syncs telephone numbers are known. To put the letter “Syncs v. Sync v. Syncs,” and sent a photograph of the new Korean-sync system.”

E. C filed a complaint against the Defendant, and the Defendant above.

As described in paragraph (1), the prosecution was instituted by assaulting C and by intimidation.

F. On February 8, 2016, C refers to the Plaintiff’s relationship with the Defendant. On February 13, 2016, C also tried suicide around May 2016.

2. Determination

(a) An act that a third party who has a liability for damages causes mental distress to the spouse by infringing on a couple's communal life falling under the essence of marriage or interfering with the maintenance thereof and infringing on a spouse's right as the spouse, constitutes a tort;

(See Supreme Court Decision 2013Meu2441 Decided May 29, 2015, etc.). Examining the facts acknowledged earlier in light of the aforementioned legal principles, the Defendant maintained an inhumanity relationship for more than one year with C, and thereby, infringed upon C’s rights by assaulting and threatening C to escape and commit suicide.
