1. As to the real estate stated in the separate sheet to B, the Defendant:
A. Changwon District Court Kim Jong-hae Office on May 27, 1983
1. Facts of recognition;
A. C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) decided to purchase the land of the above day, including the real estate listed in the attached Table (hereinafter “instant real estate”) in order to create a golf course in G and E, as a person running a golf course development business, real estate leasing business, etc., but the said land was unable to register ownership transfer under C’s name as farmland, and thus the provisional registration was made to preserve the right to claim ownership transfer registration under a sales contract.
B. On May 23, 1983, C entered into a sales contract to purchase the instant real estate owned by F with F amounting to KRW 3,248,800 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and completed the provisional registration of the right to claim transfer registration on May 27, 1983 with respect to the instant real estate on May 25, 1983 in order to preserve the right to claim ownership transfer registration in accordance with the instant sales contract, after the payment of the purchase price in full.
C. G, the representative director of C, on June 30, 1986, completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant real estate on April 26, 1986.
Then, from around 1998 to 2005, the seizure registration of the real estate in this case was completed in the Seosan Tax Office, Kimhae Tax Office, and Ulsan Tax Office, respectively.
E. After that, G’s death on June 23, 2009, G’s wife B, who was the wife of G, completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 24, 2010 as to the instant real property by agreement and division.
F. A (the husband of H, who is the former director of C), shall be subject to the transfer of the provisional registration of this case from C, and on December 14, 2009, he completed the transfer registration of the provisional registration of this case with respect to the real estate of this case.
G. After that, on April 8, 201, A shall file for the registration of ownership transfer on the basis of the provisional registration of this case with respect to the instant real estate (hereinafter “instant principal registration”).
