On April 8, 2014, the Defendant filed an application for a payment order with the Plaintiff, and on which April 8, 2014, the said payment order became final and conclusive upon receipt of the payment order with respect to KRW 3,110,624 as well as KRW 840,00,00 per annum from the day following the delivery date of the payment order to the day of full payment.

However, since there is no claim against the defendant against the plaintiff, compulsory execution based on the above payment order against the defendant should be denied.
