The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The defendant did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the lawful period for filing the statement of grounds for appeal, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal, nor does it find any grounds for ex officio investigation even after examining the records.
(1) Article 361-4(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act provides that an appeal by a defendant shall be dismissed by a ruling pursuant to Article 361-4(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act; however, since an appeal by a defendant has already been filed, it shall be dismissed by a ruling. It is so decided as per Disposition.
