All of the lawsuits of this case are dismissed.
Litigation Costs shall be borne by A.
Reasons
1. We examine the legitimacy of each lawsuit listed in the separate sheet ex officio in determining the legitimacy of the lawsuit.
Each of the lawsuits in this case was brought by A in the name of the plaintiff, and it is obvious that A has no title to represent the plaintiff.
Therefore, each lawsuit of this case is unlawful as it is filed by a person who has no power of attorney.
2. If so, each lawsuit in the separate sheet is unlawful and its defects cannot be corrected. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench pursuant to Article 219 of the Civil Procedure Act.
