Nevertheless, the Defendant sold the Environment-Friendly Recreation, Inc., H and I Agricultural Partnership, etc. from November 2016 to February 2017, the Defendant indicated the term of validity from D to October 8, 2015; from October 7, 2016 to October 7, 2016; from D, approximately 14,000 kilograms of Environment-Friendly Recreation (market price of approximately 105,00,000,00 won) produced in 20g from D to October 201, 206; from October 201, 2016 to August 10, 2017; from October 201, 2016 to September 26, 2016; from October 201 to 20g; from October 26, 2016, the term of validity of eco-friendly organic abandonment; and from October 20, 2016 to Korea, the term of validity of certification No. 2010gs.
Accordingly, the Defendant indicated the content different from that of the certification on the bean accredited eco-friendly organic abandonment.
2. No person shall display eco-friendly products differently from the details certified;
Nevertheless, from November 2016 to February 2017, the Defendant sold the Environment-Friendly Recreation, Inc., Ltd., H and I Agricultural Association Corporation, etc., with the indication of the name, address, certification number, etc. of the members of the Plaintiff in the trade report, etc. as if they were produced from the said F F FF., the Defendant sold approximately 33,00 gg of the Gyeonggi-do Environment-Friendly Recreation (the market price of approximately KRW 247,50,000,000) purchased from the needy.
Accordingly, the Defendant indicated the content different from that of the certification on the bean accredited eco-friendly organic abandonment.
