1. The defendants are 42,00,000 won to each plaintiff and 24% per annum from August 2, 2009 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On September 16, 2008, the Plaintiff indicated the claim, lent KRW 42 million to Defendant B, and Defendant C agreed to repay the above loan.
