1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Defendant: (a) is a rearrangement project association that implements a housing reconstruction improvement project (hereinafter “instant project”) with a size of 19,348.6 square meters in Daegu Jung-gu as a rearrangement zone; (b) obtained authorization from the head of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (hereinafter “the head of Jung-gu”) on March 9, 2005; and (c) obtained authorization to implement a project implementation on September 7, 2005; and (d) requested one appraisal corporation (hereinafter “one appraisal corporation”) and a dialogue appraisal corporation (hereinafter “large-gu appraisal corporation”) to conduct an appraisal of the land and buildings within the instant project area (hereinafter “previous appraisal”) on September 2, 2005; (c) however, the dialogue appraisal corporation prepared an appraisal report on the said subject matter as of September 12, 2005, which is the announcement date of authorization to implement the project implementation around the end of April 206.
B. On April 16, 2007, the Defendant obtained authorization from the head of the Gu for the management and disposal plan formulated based on the previous appraisal, but on June 11, 2015, obtained authorization for the change of the project implementation as follows.
