1. A distribution schedule prepared on August 2, 2016 by the court concerning the auction case of real estate C with Busan District Court Dong Branch C.
Reasons
1. On the date of distribution of the real estate auction case as stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition No. 1 concerning an indication of claim No. 4202, Busan Shipping Daegu, the Defendant received 7 million won as a small lessee, and the Plaintiff received 24,372,982 won, lower than the Defendant.
However, as the defendant is a false tenant, the distribution schedule should be revised in accordance with Paragraph 1 of the Disposition.
