On April 11, 2013, at around 01:13, the Defendant driven B K5 vehicle volume in the section of approximately six kilometers from the old world of Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to 566-5, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.169% of blood alcohol content.
