1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff USD 400,000 and the interest rate thereon from February 18, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for payment of penalty due to a breach of the duty to pay the primary fund (US$ 800,000) under the joint development agreement between the requesting party and the defendant on November 17, 2016 related to the coal industry in Indonesia.
