A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs an Ansan wholesale business, and the Defendant is a company that manufactures synthetic resin.

B. From April 16, 2015 to December 31, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant a total of KRW 112,811,061, etc.

C. The Defendant paid KRW 20,551,581 out of the amount of 112,81,061, such as Ansan, etc., and did not pay KRW 92,259,480, which is the remainder.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 92,259,480, such as security fees, and 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 21, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
