1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 47,886,453 and KRW 25,377,274 among them, a year from March 9, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 47,86,453 won and 25,377,274 won per annum from March 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, 24.2% per annum from March 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, 24% per annum from March 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, and therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
