Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The judgment by service on November 20, 2013 (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act) against the defendant on the ground that the lease contract (a security deposit of KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 420,00,000, KRW 5000, KRW 5000, KRW 5000, KRW 3000,000, KRW 3000,000) entered into between the plaintiff and the designated party was terminated on the ground that the lease contract was terminated on the grounds of two or more occasions of delinquency in payment of rent from April 20, 2014 to February 19, 2015 (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
