1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,50,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 23, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff loaned the amount of KRW 27 million to the Defendant on April 12, 2016 after the due date for reimbursement of three months; thus, the Plaintiff claims the loan and the damages for delay.
