1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.

1. The scope of the judgment of the court of first instance partially accepted the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit and dismissed the defendant's counterclaim. Since the plaintiff and the defendant filed an appeal only against the principal lawsuit among the judgment of the court of first instance, the scope of the judgment of the court of first instance is limited to the part concerning the principal lawsuit
2. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is identical to the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the plaintiff and defendant are dismissed.
