When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. Alteration of a private document, uttering of a private document, and fraud;

A. For the purpose of exercising, around January 28, 2013, the Defendant modified the column for the amount of the medicine expense receipt already issued by the pharmacist E of a pharmacy by inserting the amount of KRW 17,180,00,000 in a computer, and subsequently altered each of the medicine expense receipt in the name of E, a private document pertaining to the certification of facts, by June 13, 2013, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from June 13, 2013.

B. From June 13, 2013, the Defendant respectively exercised the receipts for medicine expenses or medical expenses altered in Chapter 16, as described in the attached list of crimes, from June 13, 2013, to the officials in charge of LIG damage insurance companies, who are not aware of the fact, by sending and using by facsimile the receipts for the aforementioned medicine expenses altered in the name of the above E, as if they were actually prepared.

C. On January 28, 2013, at the same place as indicated in the foregoing Paragraph (b), a staff member in charge of the victim LIG damage insurance company deceivings the person in charge of the accounting at the same time, and then, he was transferred KRW 101,960 from the staff in charge of the accounting to the Defendant’s East Financial Securities Account, and was transferred KRW 1,79,430 in total on six occasions until June 14, 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. Forgery of private documents, uttering of falsified investigation documents, and attempted fraud;

A. For the purpose of exercising, around June 13, 2013, the Defendant printed out the name, resident registration number, and amount of KRW 2.50,000,00 of F, which is the wife on a computer at the same place, and forged a copy of the GW H’s certificate of payment of medical expenses (pharmaceutical cost) in the name, resident registration number, and amount column of the patient’s letter of confirmation issued to the Defendant by H of GW, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, by attaching it to the name, resident registration number, and amount column.

B. For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant is on the same date, time, and place as the foregoing paragraph (a).
