1. The defendant shall pay 53,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 14, 2007 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff was awarded a favorable judgment on March 19, 2008 against the defendant in Seoul Northern District Court 2007Kadan59926, and the above judgment became final and conclusive.
The Defendant did not repay the loan according to the judgment, and the extinctive prescription of the instant case was imminent, and the instant lawsuit was filed for the extension thereof.
