1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 100,000,00 and Defendant B from January 5, 2009 to Defendant C, and Defendant C from January 5, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Defendant C with reasons for partial dismissal is a joint and several surety, and the guarantee limit (100 million won) for the joint and several surety is established, and thus, Defendant C is recognized only within that limit.
