except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 06:40 on April 7, 2013, the Defendant driven B K3 cars while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 5 km section from the Geumsan-si parking lot located in the Geumsidong in the Gumi-si to the front roads of Daegu Bank located in the Gumi-si in the Gumi-si.

2. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was done on April 7, 2013 by the Defendant, as set forth in paragraph (1), at around 06:40, the part of the victim D(23) who was trying to board a C rocketing car that was parked on the right right side of the horse at the time when he was drunk while driving a two-lane between the Daegu Bank in front of the Daegu Bank that was in the Gu and Sinsi-si in the direction of the Gunsi-si-si in the direction of the Gunsi-si-si in the direction of the Gunsi-si in the direction of the 0.174% alcohol level, as set forth in paragraph (1).

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, driven under a difficult driving due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as a chest booming, which requires treatment for about six weeks, to the victim.
