On September 5, 2013, the Plaintiff, based on a certified promissory note with executory force against C, received a seizure and collection order as to KRW 24.6 million from among the wage claims against C by Sungwon District Court Branch 2013TTTT 201574, and the said collection order was served on the Defendant on September 9, 2013.

2. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff’s alleged claim reaches KRW 24.6 million, and the Defendant should pay the Plaintiff the aforementioned money.
B. Since there is no evidence to prove that the judgment C has a benefit claim against the defendant, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit without further review.
3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed on the ground that it is without merit.
