On June 3, 2014, at the office of the Korea Construction Engineers Association located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and mainly in 650, the Defendant: (a) submitted and used a false career certificate that C had been forged as a genuine employee; and (b) exercised 25 copies of the career certificate that was forged over 25 times from around that time to October 28, 2015.
