1. Basic facts

B. C. The Intervenor joining the Defendant, while mediating the instant lease agreement, explained about the instant multi-family house and its site to the Plaintiff and explained it to the Plaintiff, and entered it in the Special Agreement on the instant lease agreement and the column for the “rights other than ownership” of the description verifying the object of brokerage.
In addition, the deposit of the lessee with the prior fixed date of the other head office on the multi-family house of this case.
