2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is the implementer of the business to develop and supply a site of 661,915 square meters located in the area of the Sinnam-si Housing Site Development Project (hereinafter “instant business”). The Defendants constitute a “contributate for Korea Venture Business” and jointly purchased a parcel number D-3-3 square meters in the instant project site from the Plaintiff and comprehensively succeed to the relevant rights and duties by taking over part of the joint buyers, who are members of the said consortium, jointly purchased a parcel number D-61,915 square meters in the instant project site.

(B) The companies jointly purchasing the above parcel number D-3-3 land from the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant consortium”).

The land for the instant project consists of research sites, research support sites, and parking lots, park sites, and roads in accordance with the Guidelines for the Supply of Land for the Development Project of the Round (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Supply Guidelines”). The land for the instant project consists of research sites, research support sites, park sites, and general research sites, and research support sites (public) and research support sites (private sector). The Plaintiff determined and supplied the project entity, the purpose of supply, the method of supply, the amount of supply, etc. for each land.
