1. The Plaintiff:
A. The defendant limited liability company D shall be 390,671,887 won, and the defendant limited liability company B shall be jointly with the defendant limited liability company D.

A. The status of the party concerned J apartment reconstruction and rearrangement project partnership (hereinafter “Nonindicted apartment reconstruction and rearrangement project partnership”) is an implementer who constructed and sold L apartment units 18 Dong-dong 1509 households and ancillary facilities (hereinafter “instant apartment units”) in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
The Plaintiff entered into a contract with the non-party partnership for the new construction of the instant apartment (hereinafter “instant construction”).

The Plaintiff’s subcontract conclusion 1) The Plaintiff entered into a contract with another company to subcontract part of the instant construction work as indicated below (hereinafter the contractor’s indication is omitted; for the construction period and construction cost, only the date of the final contract and the details after the change where the contents are changed after the first contract was entered into; and for the sewage supplier as indicated below in the contractor’s column, the subcontractor is “the instant sewage supplier.”
