[criminal records] On April 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with labor for habitual fraud, etc. in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on April 22, 2015, and the same year.

[2] The Defendant, on June 15, 1971, pretended to reside in the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Korea on the criminal facts [2017 Highest 282] The Defendant, on June 15, 1971, submitted his/her fingerprints at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Local Community Service Center on May 20, 1992, submitted his/her photograph and used his/her photograph to block the crime under C’s name and applied for the basic old age pension, etc.
1. The Defendant, in violation of the National Basic Living Security Act, presented C’s resident registration certificate at the F community service center located in Si/Gun/Gu around June 26, 2014, and presented it to the public official in charge of social welfare affairs in charge of the name in which he/she works, made a false statement that he/she is C, applied for a basic livelihood recipient, and was recognized as a basic livelihood recipient on August 5, 2014.
As above, the Defendant deceivings a public official in charge of social welfare in the above name as above, and thereby, took out KRW 196,860 from the Republic of Korea to the corporate bank account (G) under the name of the Republic of Korea on May 20, 2015 as well as receiving KRW 10,55,630 in total on 156 occasions from May 20, 2015 to January 20, 2017, the Defendant acquired the same amount by fraud at the same time as receiving KRW 10,55,630 in total by unlawful means, as shown in attached Table 1.
2. On April 2007, the Defendant violated the Framework Act on Pension and Basic Pension were recognized as receiving basic pension benefits on April 20, 207 by making the public official in charge of social welfare in the community service center I located in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, the competent Hai-do, the public official in charge of social welfare, such as the statement in paragraph 1.
As above, the defendant deceivings a public official in charge of social welfare in the above name, and is in this position the victim.
