Text
1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and 5% per annum from January 1, 2011 to June 13, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Under the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal (Presidential Decree No. 29768), only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum with respect to the portion arising after June 1, 2019.
