2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs and the defendant-related plaintiff A and the defendant are married married couple on December 18, 1953.

There are children between A and Defendant E, F, Plaintiff B, and C.

Plaintiff

A and the Defendant’s agreement on division of property, etc., upon the aggravation of the marital relationship with the Defendant, Plaintiff A filed an application for provisional injunction against disposal of real estate with the Seoul Family Court 2013 business group392 regarding the land of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, G site and ground buildings, H site and ground buildings, I site and ground buildings (hereinafter “instant one real estate”) under the Defendant’s name as the preserved right, with respect to the right to claim division of property arising from divorce as the preserved right. On April 18, 2013, Plaintiff A filed a provisional injunction against disposal of real estate with the said court. < Amended by Act No. 11873, Apr. 18, 2013>

Plaintiff

On April 30, 2013, A filed a lawsuit against the defendant, including divorce and consolation money, with Seoul Family Court 2013Dhap4203.

Plaintiff

A made an agreement with the defendant on July 31, 2013 with the following contents (hereinafter referred to as “instant agreement”), and then a notary public made the deed to be drawn up as No. 1681 of the 2013 General Law Office No. 1681.

A and the defendant agree as follows. Provisional dispositions shall be terminated together with the contract at the time of sale:

(1) A list of property is divided into: (1) K, (2) Kimpo-si L, (3) Kimpo-si, (4) p.m. (j) 1/3, (E, F, Plaintiff B, and (C) 1/3, respectively.

① Nanpo-si Nanpo-si, ② Seopo-si J land in Seopo-si, ③ Seopo-si O land in Seopo-si, ④ The real estate above P land in Seopo-si is divided by Defendant 1/2 and Plaintiff A1/2.

(5) The Bank loans of QAP 105 Dong 1207 shall be repaid preferentially.

Plaintiff

A, on July 31, 2013, the day on which the instant agreement was concluded, filed an application for confirmation of intention to divorce with Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2013No2988. On August 1, 2013, A withdrawn a lawsuit for divorce and consolation money, etc. as stated in paragraph (2). The Plaintiff indicated in paragraph (4) at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 5, 2013.
