약정금
1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 118,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 27, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in subparagraphs A through 4 (Additional Number omitted), the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on June 11, 2015 with respect to the construction cost of KRW 407,00,000 for household facilities construction among New Construction Works in Jeju-si, and the period from June 11, 2015 to June 30, 2016 for the construction period of KRW 407,00,000 for a subcontract and the period from June 11, 2015 to June 30, 2016 for the construction period of KRW 289,000,000 for the above construction cost as the Plaintiff was the Plaintiff. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 118,00,000 for the construction cost (=407,000,000 - 289,000) and damages for delay calculated by the Plaintiff’s payment order from June 16, 2017.
2. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted as reasonable.
