Punishment of the crime
On April 14, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:01, driving a B string car at the section of approximately 6km from the street in front of the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, to the front of the Jincheon-gu, Jinho-ri located in the same Eup/Myeon, with the alcohol content of 0.156%.
