On March 14, 1989, the Defendant obtained one possession permit of the air gun (PPP, Manufacturing Number E) from the Seoul Western Police Station, and did not renew it on March 13, 1994, but did not renew it even after the period of possession permit expires. From that time until September 13, 2018, the Defendant kept one air gun at the Defendant’s residence located in Seocheon-si C and D.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed a gun without obtaining permission from the head of the competent police agency having jurisdiction over his domicile.
