2. Determination
A. According to the facts of determination as to the cause of claim, the defendant is obligated to pay 157,00,000 won per annum from 157,00,000 won per annum to 10,000,000 won per annum, 20% per annum from October 9, 2009 to 1227 of the former Interest Limitation Act (amended by Act No. 1227, Jan. 14, 2014) and Article 2(1) of the former Interest Limitation Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 25376, Jun. 11, 2014; 30% per annum from 20,000 to 20,000 won per annum; 30,000,000 per annum from 20,000 to 30,000,000 won per annum; 30% per annum from 20,010,000 won per annum from 20.
