The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment on June 20, 2014, and sentenced to two years of imprisonment, and G (Suspension of Prosecution on November 5, 2013) and starting from January 2013, 2013.

On January 2013, the Defendant, along with F and G, conspiredd with F and G, to acquire money from investors as investment money while operating the same fund-raising business as above.

Around February 21, 2013, the Defendant, F, and G made a false statement that “The Defendant, F, and G will repay the principal when the problem arises” to the victim AR at the “L office located on the third floor of the said ILO building.”

However, the Defendant, F, and G did not have invested in the “NF” financial investment company. The Defendant, F, and G did not run a profit-making business for which high-rate dividends can be paid to investors. Since they did not have any equity capital and run the said company in the manner of receiving investments from investors and paying them to other investors as dividends and allowances, so if they fail to invite new investors, they could not pay dividends and principal to investors. In the end, they did not have any intent or ability to return the principal even if they received investments from other investors.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, F, and G deceiving the victim as above and deceiving him/her from the victim on the same day, as investment money, KRW 12.2 million, KRW 12.2 million on April 2, 2013, KRW 2.9 million on the same day, and January 1, 2013.
