On May 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Seoul Central District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on November 12, 2014.

On May 27, 2015, around 16:30 on May 27, 2015, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the fraud case against the Seoul Southern District Court Decision 404, Seoul Southern District Court Decision 386, May 27, 2015.
