On June 6, 2016, around 08:50, the Defendant driven a B M& car without obtaining a driver's license from a section of about 1k from a road of 31 Do, 117, Dong-gu, Si-gu, 337, Dong-gu, Si-gu, Si-Gu, to the front distance of Si-Gu, Si-Gu, Si-si, Do-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
