The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. At around 10:00 on June 24, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (39 years of age) who is a hospital doctor on the ground that he/she was dissatisfied with the result of the operation at the time outside of the hospital C Hospital, outside of the hospital, and the five years of age in the old Si, Si, Si, 2016.
2. The instant case is an offense falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s explicit intent in accordance with Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.
According to the records, it is recognized that the victim explicitly expresses his intention that he does not want to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case was instituted.
Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
