1. The Defendants deliver to the Plaintiff each building indicated in the real estate indication column for each Defendant among the attached real estate list.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the plaintiff's claim are as shown in the annexed sheet.
2. However, the Defendants are deemed to have led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act because they do not clearly dispute the facts alleged by the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to deliver each building indicated in the indication column of each Defendant’s real estate in the attached list to the Plaintiff.
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
