The defendant is not guilty, and the summary of the judgment of innocence is publicly notified.
1. In light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court, it is insufficient to readily conclude that the Defendant could have easily discovered a victim in the direction of the instant accident at the time of the instant accident, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise. Therefore, the Defendant cannot be deemed to have committed any negligence on the part of the Defendant regarding the occurrence of the instant accident.
