A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime
On April 22, 2019, at around 22:05, the Defendant 22:05 at the main point of “C” located under the 1st underground floor of Busan Jin-gu, Busan, without a business owner’s permission, and the Defendant, upon receiving a report on 112, solicited the Defendant to return home several times, but the Defendant respondeded to the Defendant, and assaulted the E’s sexual flag part with the right hand, etc. at one time.
