1. The Defendant connects the Plaintiff with each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, among the landing 4,460 square meters in Jungcheon-si.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, indicating the claim, constructs a vinyl on the ground in the part above (a), (b), (c), and (e) part above ground of the annexed drawing among the area above 4,460 square meters owned by the Plaintiff, and acquires a vinyl on the ground above the Plaintiff’s land from the co-defendant D without a legitimate title. As such, the Defendant seeks to remove each vinyl in the part above (a), (b), (c), and (e) of the annexed drawing and to return that part of the land to the Plaintiff.
