All of the applicants' applications for compensation are dismissed.

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant, E, F, and G had access to the online “On-line 6195,” the Defendant and E, F, and G had access to the game users as if they were friendly offers. The Defendant and E, F, and G had identified the information (name, date of birth, cell phone number, telephone phone number, and radio operator) of the victim or his family members, and made payment by purchasing gift certificates on the game website with a certification number, and offered to divide the money obtained by cash by cashing the above gift certificates into E, F, and G accounts with the Defendant and E, F, and the Defendant: (i) had a victim-friendly speech to the victim and discovered information about the victim; and (ii) have provided the Defendant with the account and ID, F, and the victim requested the certification number from the Defendant to enter the PIN number as if the victim was the site manager; and (ii) have played a key role in the PIN number necessary for the settlement of the gift certificates.

1. Joint crimes with E, G, and F;

A. From around 22:30 on December 30, 2015, the Defendant, E, F, and G using computers, etc.: (a) at H PC room located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) on the Internet’s online game site, the victim J’s children who used the game by holding the “former T&P game” game as the online game site; (c) known the victim’s cell phone number, subscription radio operator (SKT), the victim’s name and date of birth; (d) released the settlement of small amount by unauthorized intrusion into the account of the subscriber; and (e) released the settlement of small amount by raising the settlement limit at KRW 50,000; and (e) continuously settling the amount of KRW 30,000 by entering the victim’s information from the “Ack”, which is an item transaction site, without authority; and (e) continuously entering the victim’s information from each item to the sum of KRW 500,000 without authority.
