1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiffs KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate therefor from February 3, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiffs indicated in the claim were jointly and severally liable by the Defendants on January 3, 2018, and leased KRW 50 million at interest rate of 24% per annum and on April 2, 2018. However, the Defendants did not pay the principal and interest after payment of the monthly interest.
2. Applicable provisions;
(a) As to Defendant E Co., Ltd. and F: Judgment made by deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
B. As to Defendant D: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
