However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is the husband of D, the main husband of the convenience store in Busan City, Jin-gu, Busan, and the victim E (V, the age of 21) is a part-time student working at the above convenience store.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim four occasions.
