A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

On February 5, 2016, the Defendant lent K 2,700,000 won after deducting interest from interest, and received 3,000,000,000 won as principal and interest interest from K on April 5, 2016, and paid 60% interest per annum exceeding the limited interest rate.
