However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. When intending to possess guns in violation of the Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc., permission therefor from the commissioner of a district police agency having jurisdiction over their domicile shall be obtained;

From April 15, 2004 to March 29, 2013, the Defendant kept a single air gun (alley but 7005, G), without obtaining permission from the Commissioner of the Gangwon-do Police Agency, on the Defendant’s house container stuffs in Gangwon-gun B, the Defendant’s C Poter loaded a cargo vehicle in the Defendant’s possession of the Defendant, and the “F” oil boiler room in D’s operation.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. At around 15:00 on December 2, 2012, the Defendant driven C Poter freight without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of approximately 1 k meters from the front of the “F” road located in the Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-do, to the “F” road located in the same DoD.

B. On December 14, 2012, around 14:00, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at approximately 15km section from the front day of the “F” gate in the Gangwon-gun, Seocheon-gun to the front day of the house of I located in the same military H.

C. At around 12:00 on January 201, 2013, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1 1km section from the road before the “F” pent to the road before the “Tcheon National Fed.T.D.”).
