The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

The court below dismissed the defendant's violation of the Labor Standards Act regarding workers B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M among the facts charged against the defendant and the violation of the Act on Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits, and acquitted the defendant with respect to fraud, and convicted the other facts charged.
