1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On January 12, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document under C’s name (D mobile phone 1) and forged a copy of C’s application with the name and resident registration number stated in C’s application form for accession kept in the Republic of Korea with an autopsy-type c01 located in Seocheon-si E Building No. 301 on January 12, 2017.

2) On January 12, 2017, the Defendant exercised the said investigation document by sending the forged application form via facsimile to SK Telecom employees who are aware of the forgery at the above (State F) around January 12, 2017, as if the document was duly formed.

3) On January 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) delivered one copy of the application for forgery to SK Telecom employees, and (b) acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 1,360,278 in total of the mobile phone usage fees and the installment payments of the end payments after having joined C under the name of C as if C applied for the joining of the mobile phone.

B. On January 13, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document G mobile phone 1) on the following grounds: (a) around January 13, 2017, the Defendant forged a copy of the C’s application form with the name and resident registration number stated in C’s application form to be kept in black-type E/M building 301 located in Seocheon-si E/U. 301; and (b) the Defendant forged a copy of the C’s application form with the private person on the name side.

2) On January 13, 2017, the Defendant exercised the said investigation document by sending the forged application form via facsimile to SK Telecom employees who are aware of the forgery at the above (State) F around January 13, 2017, as if the document was duly formed.

3) On January 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided one copy of the application for forgery at F, supra, to SK Telecom employees; and (b) took place as if C applied for the joining of a mobile phone, and (c) acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 2,517,070 in total of the mobile phone usage fee and the end payment, after joining a radio operator under the name of C as C as if C applied for the joining of a mobile phone.
