1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 90,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 7, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 100 million to the Defendant on December 29, 201, which was determined as the due date for repayment on December 29, 201, and the Defendant did not repay the above loan to the Defendant after the due date for repayment. After that, the Defendant’s repayment of the principal and the remaining principal as of the date of the closing of argument in this case remains at KRW 90 million. The Defendant, despite the Plaintiff’s demand to repay several times after the said partial repayment, may recognize the fact that the said remainder has not been repaid until now, or that the Defendant is not in dispute between the parties, or that it is recognized by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the entries and arguments as set forth in subparagraph 1.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 90 million won of the remaining principal of the above loan and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from November 7, 2014 to the day of complete payment as requested by the plaintiff, which is clear that the service of the original copy of the payment order of this case is next day after the above payment period.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
