A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the head of the D University Public Relations Team, and victims E (n, 20 years old) and F (n, 20 years old) are students of the above school, who were engaged in the above public relations team activities from September 1, 2016 to be protected and supervised by the Defendant.
1. On March 16, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) provided meals with the victim in a restaurant near the center of the victim in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) was in a superior position that could affect the victim’s publicity ambassador’s activities and job-seeking activities as the head of the school publicity team; (c) was able to commit an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of his/her position not to actively resist; and (d) was driven by the victim, who was sitting on the top of his/her house, carried the victim’s left hand by putting the victim’s hand on a coffee, and driven the victim’s left hand on the same day while moving to the victim’s house at the coffee shop in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (d) was driven by the victim with the victim’s “loss”, and “I dle and dlebn,” while driving the victim.
