손해배상(기)
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,091,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 24, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
1. On July 18, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on the construction of a building on the ground B of the wife population B as indicated in the attached Form No. 1, and paid KRW 272,400,000 among the construction price to the Defendant.
However, on September 30, 2013, the completion date of the completion plan, the Defendant failed to complete the project until now.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 39,091,00,000, which is the penalty for delay calculated by the rate equivalent to 0.01% per day from October 1, 2013 to March 14, 2017, which is the day after the completion date of the construction contract pursuant to Article 11 of the Construction Contract.
2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
